About Us
R.E.J's has been in existence since 1977, when Robert
E. Jacob, C.M.A., M.B.A, E.A. began his accounting career. REJ's specializes
in small service businesses and Non-Profits, we prepare 800 individual
tax returns along with 200 small business and non-profit returns a year.
Quickbooks has been part of our practice since 1991; prior to Quickbooks
the firms serviced Dac-Easy, and Peach Tree accounts. In 1996 REJ's
began selling Micro Information Products, (MIP) and now R.E.J's
sells MIP products through Avant-Garde, a CPA firm located in New Orleans.
Mr. Jacob, also in 1991, became an Enrolled Agent authorized to represent
clients before the Internal Revenue Service in all fifty states. Mr.
Jacob a Certified Management Accountant in 1981, and graded the examinations
for fifteen years.
