Local Accounting Business to Expand |
Southgate, Mich. --- As tax season quickly approaches,
locally owned R.E.J.’s Accounting and Tax Service
is expanding its services and staff.
“The demand for tax and bookkeeping services is
up 15 percent year-to-date since last year and
we anticipate that 2009 will
be our best year yet,” said Robert Jacob, president
of R.E.J.’s Accounting and Tax Service.
Additional staff has been hired to provide better
service for clients and fill vacant positions.
New R.E.J.’s Accounting and Tax
Service staff includes: Rosemary Stetz, Josh Onkala,
Lisa McGaw, and Kevin Buchanan.
Stetz has previously worked for Henry Ford and
has over ten years experience in the insurance industry;
Onkala has recently graduated from the University
of Michigan with a bachelor’s in finance;
McGaw holds a master’s in business from Wayne State
University and a degree in accounting from Eastern
Michigan University; and Buchanan is
a former executive of the hospitality industry
and has an extensive background in financial planning.
“These professionals will bring a wealth of experience
to our organization,” said Jacob. “We are looking
forward to expanding our business with their assistance
